Refund Policy

Every product you buy is under the guarantee of the BGC.

You may return the product that you received in the form you received within seven (7) days from the date of delivery without opening / destroying the product and without disrupting the product. Return the product with a product invoice, a petition or a return form.

Open and inspect the package in front of the company representative where you think you are damaged during shipment. If there is any damage to the product, do not take delivery of the product by keeping a record to the cargo company. Please note that you have accepted that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty once the product has been delivered

Items that are unpacked, used, destroyed, etc. are not accepted.

The customer product is liable to compensate for the loss of the commercial value of the product due to the use of the product when it is returned to the customer and to the use of the product.

In the event that the customer fails to return or exchange the product, the returned product will be refunded within ten (10) days from the date of receipt by us. Your credit card product will be returned to your credit card within 2-6 weeks. During this period, our company does not have any savings.

Any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, use etc. in the product and package. The customer will not be able to return the product and refund the price if the customer can not return the product in the state in which it was delivered.

In case the products are returned in accordance with the above conditions, the shipping fee will be paid by the company.
